Paulshus, MSc. is the KRN CEO and EOQ Executive Vice President and is the EOQ Congress 2025 Director.

He has completed two periods as EOQ President, the European Organization for Quality. Paulshus has extensive experience with quality management, is a dedicated specialist in strategic and operational solutions with integrated systems for business management, information management and risk management. He is a University lecturer, and is a certified Audit Manager, Quality Systems Manager, Risk Manager and ISM auditor. He has also twice organized and headed EOQ Competence Certification.
