Håvard was born, raised, and still lives on a small island outside Stavanger — a place where if you want something done, you do it yourself. Originally trained as a teacher, he later stepped into leadership roles across the public sector, gaining over a decade of experience. Today, he works as a manager at Arribatec, where he brings island initiative and leadership know-how into the mission of simplifying complexity for large organizations. His goal? Helping people work smarter, together — with less noise and more clarity.
