Key message:
AI is no longer just a tool — it’s a strategic partner that transforms integrated management systems into engines of profitability, agility, and sustainable performance.

This presentation highlights how the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) addressed the challenge of managing multiple ISO systems with duplicated efforts and rising audit costs. SAIP initiated a strategic plan to develop an Integrated Management System (IMS) that unifies all standards under a single, AI-supported digital platform. The AI capabilities enabled real-time monitoring, compliance tracking, and automated gap analysis. Implementation included consolidating procedures, digitizing documents, and automating internal audits. The result was a significant reduction in audit days, document duplication, and manual workload. A unified dashboard now provides real-time oversight of performance and compliance. The system also improved risk response and staff engagement. SAIP’s experience shows how AI can transform quality and risk systems into strategic assets with measurable ROI—through cost savings, operational efficiency, faster decision-making, and improved stakeholder satisfaction.
