Kroslid holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University in Sweden. He has published books and articles on Six Sigma, 5S, Lean, Digitalization and Sustainability. Kroslid is also a member of the board of the Swedish Institute for Quality (SIQ). In  2023, he was honored with winning the EQL, European Quality Leader award by EOQ.  

Before joining NorDan in 2014, Kroslid held COO positions at Norsafe AS in the offshore industry and Metallkraft AS in the solar-PV industry. He has also been a management consultant at Booz & Company in Germany and Ernst & Young in Norway.
