He is the leader of the quality and risk management team in the development of the Yggdrasil oil and gas field, which is now in the middle of the construction phase until start-up in 2027. He has project experience in HSSEQ and Risk from various construction projects in the industry, as well as operational experience from Equinor and Det norske/Aker BP  energy companies.
