The Study on quality management problems related to Covid-19 pandemic:

The quality of Covid-19 vaccines cannot be considered acceptable. QA and QM were not implemented properly or did not have the necessary impact. Risk management has not been applied, and there were ethically questionable aspects to responsible operations. All this has led to serious health, economic and social problems, which are problems of the quality of society. A revival of quality practices and major changes are necessary throughout the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem.
